In 30 minutes with Alexandru Dan, you will find out whether
this program fits your team.
"Each employee works with AI in their own way
→ results vary from person to person
→ no one trusts the output anymore
→ AI gets abandoned."
Every month your team uses AI without clear standards, you pay in lost time, unnecessary revisions and unpredictable results.
When everyone uses AI in their own way, results vary, trust drops, and the team loses time on corrections and rework.
Companies must prove AI competence, and we provide the documentation needed for audit readiness.
The program is built to produce the first visible changes by day 3, followed by 30 more days of support for real adoption.
Each session ends with a deliverable you can use the very next day.
Each participant builds a prompt library tailored to their role. Context, Role, Objective, Tasks, Audience, Tone, Format, Constraints. Eight core techniques plus ten advanced patterns used by AI engineers.
Each participant builds and tests a custom AI assistant for their own role. Assistant specs, system instructions, knowledge sources such as documents, processes and internal procedures. Projects and workspaces in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
A practical framework for identifying, assessing and prioritizing AI opportunities in real processes across three stages: discovery, specification and pilot. The analysis starts from frictions such as searching, checking, copying, writing, routing and waiting, and prioritization uses the formula: Score = (Volume × Minutes × Impact × Feasibility) ÷ Risk.
A clear framework to decide where AI automation is actually worth it. We use a single working artifact, the AI Opportunity Card, throughout the sprint, from workflow and pain point to pilot and success criteria.
AI Design Sprint is the practical framework we use to identify, evaluate and prioritize real AI opportunities inside the company. We do not start from tools, but from processes, bottlenecks and observable time loss in day-to-day work.
Give it a clear name, define the owning department, the trigger and the done state.
Five to eight short steps, in the real order of execution.
One single friction point, backed by real examples.
Source system, testable outcome, human approval if needed.
Prioritize objectively and move into a pilot with metrics and guardrails.
We use the same formula for every card so prioritization stays consistent across teams, processes and departments.
This is not a generic workshop. Everything is built around your processes, tools and team needs.
Every prompt is built on the real workflows inside your company, not on generic examples. The team leaves with instructions ready to use in day-to-day tasks.
Each participant builds an AI assistant configured specifically for their role and responsibilities in the company, using internal documents and procedures.
We identify repetitive processes in your company and build concrete AI automation plans prioritized by impact and effort.
We work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or any other AI tool your company already uses. No unnecessary transitions to similar alternatives.
Practical materials your team can use from day one.
A simple PDF, ready to print and keep on the desk, with the exact steps each employee follows to get good results from AI every time.
A method through which AI generates better instructions for itself, included in the practical guide.
Each employee leaves with their own AI assistant configured for their job in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, ready to use the next day.
You leave the workshop with a list of 3-5 processes in your company that can be automated with AI, prioritized and backed by clear implementation steps.
European regulation requires companies to prove that employees know how to use AI. You receive documentation ready to show in an audit.
Each participant receives a named certificate issued by TVL Academy as proof they completed an accredited AI usage workshop.
Concrete outcomes for each role in the team
