The Challenge

Your team uses AI, but the results are unpredictable

"Each employee works with AI in their own way
→ results vary from person to person
→ no one trusts the output anymore
→ AI gets abandoned."
  • How often do you manually redo what AI generated before sending it out?
  • How many hours does your team lose every week on unnecessary corrections?
  • Does every employee know how to get a good result from AI, every single time?
  • European regulation (the EU AI Act) requires companies to document that employees know how to use AI, and the deadline is approaching.
Team at the office
Why Now

Why it is worth starting now

Every month your team uses AI without clear standards, you pay in lost time, unnecessary revisions and unpredictable results.

The cost is already visible

When everyone uses AI in their own way, results vary, trust drops, and the team loses time on corrections and rework.

Pressure also comes from compliance

Companies must prove AI competence, and we provide the documentation needed for audit readiness.

Results do not show up in 6 months

The program is built to produce the first visible changes by day 3, followed by 30 more days of support for real adoption.

The longer you wait, the more wrong AI habits your team develops.
The Program

3 Sessions · 3 Concrete Outcomes

Each session ends with a deliverable you can use the very next day.

01
Prompt structure with fields and AI instructions

Prompt Engineering (CROTATFC)

Each participant builds a prompt library tailored to their role. Context, Role, Objective, Tasks, Audience, Tone, Format, Constraints. Eight core techniques plus ten advanced patterns used by AI engineers.

✓ The team leaves with a library of instructions ready to use the next day
02
AI assistant connected to multiple company roles

Custom AI Assistant for Every Role

Each participant builds and tests a custom AI assistant for their own role. Assistant specs, system instructions, knowledge sources such as documents, processes and internal procedures. Projects and workspaces in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

✓ Every participant leaves with their own AI assistant configured for their role
03
Work stages and prioritization in an AI Design Sprint

AI Design Sprint

A practical framework for identifying, assessing and prioritizing AI opportunities in real processes across three stages: discovery, specification and pilot. The analysis starts from frictions such as searching, checking, copying, writing, routing and waiting, and prioritization uses the formula: Score = (Volume × Minutes × Impact × Feasibility) ÷ Risk.

✓ Teams identify and map 3-5 flows that can be automated

AI Design Sprint

A clear framework to decide where AI automation is actually worth it. We use a single working artifact, the AI Opportunity Card, throughout the sprint, from workflow and pain point to pilot and success criteria.

Working Rule
One workflow. One painful step. One measurable gain. One card.

AI Design Sprint is the practical framework we use to identify, evaluate and prioritize real AI opportunities inside the company. We do not start from tools, but from processes, bottlenecks and observable time loss in day-to-day work.

Define the workflow

Give it a clear name, define the owning department, the trigger and the done state.

Write the flow

Five to eight short steps, in the real order of execution.

Pick the painful step

One single friction point, backed by real examples.

Define input and output

Source system, testable outcome, human approval if needed.

Score and pilot

Prioritize objectively and move into a pilot with metrics and guardrails.

Prioritization Formula
Score = (Volume × Minutes × Impact × Feasibility) ÷ Risk

We use the same formula for every card so prioritization stays consistent across teams, processes and departments.

Volume How many times the workflow appears in a week.
Minutes How much time is lost on each execution.
Impact & Feasibility How much it matters and how easy it is to pilot.
Risk How costly an error would be if the output is wrong.
Why It Is Different

Tailored to Your Company

This is not a generic workshop. Everything is built around your processes, tools and team needs.

Prompts for Your Processes

Every prompt is built on the real workflows inside your company, not on generic examples. The team leaves with instructions ready to use in day-to-day tasks.

AI Agents for Your Team

Each participant builds an AI assistant configured specifically for their role and responsibilities in the company, using internal documents and procedures.

Specific Automations

We identify repetitive processes in your company and build concrete AI automation plans prioritized by impact and effort.

The Tools You Already Use

We work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or any other AI tool your company already uses. No unnecessary transitions to similar alternatives.

What You Get

Everything you need, ready to use

Practical materials your team can use from day one.

Practical Guide for the Team

A simple PDF, ready to print and keep on the desk, with the exact steps each employee follows to get good results from AI every time.

AI That Improves Itself

A method through which AI generates better instructions for itself, included in the practical guide.

Custom AI Assistant per Role

Each employee leaves with their own AI assistant configured for their job in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, ready to use the next day.

Concrete Automation Plan

You leave the workshop with a list of 3-5 processes in your company that can be automated with AI, prioritized and backed by clear implementation steps.

Audit-Ready Compliance Documentation

European regulation requires companies to prove that employees know how to use AI. You receive documentation ready to show in an audit.

Individual Certificate for Each Employee

Each participant receives a named certificate issued by TVL Academy as proof they completed an accredited AI usage workshop.

Before vs. After

What changes after the workshop

Concrete outcomes for each role in the team

Team Lead / Manager
Before
Everyone on the team works with AI differently. Outputs vary, revisions are constant, and you do not know who uses AI or how.
After Workshop
The team has a shared language and clear standards. Revision rates drop from the very first week.
Marketing / Sales
Before
AI-generated copy sounds generic and off-brand. Half the time goes into editing so it sounds like us.
After Workshop
AI produces on-brand content from the first attempt, with the right tone and format for every channel.
Operations / Support
Before
Emails, reports and procedures are written manually every time. AI helps sometimes, but no one really knows how to use it well.
After Workshop
Recurring documents generated in minutes. Every employee has an AI assistant configured specifically for their role.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions? We have answers.

The ideal groups are between 10 and 20 participants. This size allows for individual hands-on exercises and ensures everyone leaves with concrete outcomes.
Both options are available. The onsite version takes place at your company location, anywhere in Romania. The remote version works just as well, and all exercises are adapted for online delivery.
There are three sessions of three hours each, nine hours total. We can deliver them across three separate days, recommended to allow practice between sessions, or as one intensive day with breaks.
Not at all. The workshop is specifically built for people without a technical background. We start from zero and every participant leaves with a functional AI assistant configured for their role.
Thirty days of email support are included at no extra cost. You can send questions, exercises or configurations and receive feedback within 24 hours. Optionally, you can continue with monthly office hours sessions.
