This page explains what data may be processed when you visit the TVL Academy landing page, when you accept analytics and when the page loads the contact form delivered through Pipedrive.
1. Who operates this site
The academy.tvl.tech website is used to promote TVL Academy programs and collect business inquiries related to them. For questions about personal data, you can contact us at sales@tvl.tech.
2. What data we may process
- Traffic and usage data, only if you accept analytics: visited pages, traffic source, aggregated browser and device information, and page interaction data collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email, company, message and any other fields you choose to fill in through the Pipedrive form.
- Technical data necessary for site operation and anti-abuse protection: infrastructure logs, your cookie preference signal and technical data needed to load the external form.
3. Why we use this data
- To measure landing page performance and understand which sections perform better, strictly after consent for analytics.
- To respond to commercial inquiries and organize conversations about the TVL Academy program when you submit the contact form.
- For security, abuse prevention and the technical operation of the site.
4. Legal bases we rely on
- For Google Analytics 4 we rely on your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
- For data submitted through the form we rely on your explicit request to be contacted and on our legitimate interest in responding to that request.
- For technical data required for the operation and security of the site we rely on our legitimate interest in operating the site under reasonable security conditions.
5. Providers and third parties involved
- Google Analytics 4 is used only after analytics consent is given. We have disabled advertising signals and ad personalization.
- Pipedrive Web Forms is embedded directly on the page. When the page loads, your browser may load technical resources operated by Pipedrive and Cloudflare.
- GitHub Pages and its related infrastructure providers host the static files for this site.
6. International transfers
Some providers used for analytics, forms or hosting may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where relevant, we rely on contractual mechanisms and safeguards provided by those vendors.
7. How long we keep the data
- Your analytics preference is stored locally in the browser for 180 days, after which we ask again.
- Data sent through the form is kept in the business systems used to manage your inquiry and any follow-up commercial relationship.
- Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics 4.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent for analytics. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
9. How to withdraw consent
On the main page, you can use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. From there, you can change your Google Analytics choice at any time. This setting controls only Google Analytics, not the Pipedrive form embedded in the page.
