Two principles hold across everything we do. First, we start from your real processes, not a template, so the output fits the way your teams already work. Second, our consulting is advisory: we tell you what to configure, document, and control, and your own administrator applies it. We never ask for system access or credentials, so you keep control of your systems and your data.
What you leave with is meant to last: a prompt library, per-role assistants, an automation plan, an AI registry, and documentation you can show to a customer, an auditor, or a regulator.
